Responsibilities
Legal Counsel, Investigations
This is a generalist investigations and ethics role.
You will lead and support internal investigations, audits/assessments, ethics responsibilities, data governance, and enforcement matters spanning the full range of legal disciplines that arise inside a global defense prime—white-collar and financial matters, government contracting and procurement integrity, anti-corruption and FCPA, trade and export controls, employment and workplace conduct, intellectual property and trade secrets, ethics and Code of Conduct violations, data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity.
You will not merely react to problems; you will help design the systems that surface them early, resolve them decisively, and make the company stronger for it.
You will work across nearly every part of Anduril's business to conduct sensitive investigations, assess exposure, advise on disclosure obligations, and build the compliance controls that prevent issues from recurring.
