Responsibilities
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on
Growth Marketing Manager
responsible for driving core performance and scaling Thumbtack’s Paid Social program. This role will manage high-impact paid campaigns and contribute to the growth of key channels including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and others. They will lead best-in-class operations, combining sharp execution with cross-functional collaboration and a strong understanding of how social contributes to the broader growth strategy.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Paid Social, spanning campaign management, measurement, targeting, creative, and testing. They are a strong operator and creative problem solver who consistently elevates both strategic thinking and channel performance.
