Requirements
Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while multi-tasking.
Experience with MS Office (bonus if you have a graphic design or printing background!).

Responsibilities
Ability to operate phone system to answer calls from offsite customers.
Support customers over the phone and email.
Successfully operate all technology provided in accordance with training.
Respond promptly to customers with phone calls and emails.
Ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
Maintain a collaborative and professional relationship with other staff.
