Responsibilities
Develop and implement monetization strategies, including pricing, store optimization, offers, battle passes, ad monetisation strategy, etc.
Set and track KPIs for engagement and revenue, continuously assessing performance data and leading initiatives to improve these metrics.
Oversee the execution and troubleshooting of in-game events, feature releases, and seasonal updates to maximize engagement, retention, and revenue.
Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze player behavior, experiment with new monetization tactics, and iterate based on insights.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Game Economy, Production, and other key departments to ensure a cohesive strategy that leverages LiveOps to enhance the player experience.
Identify opportunities for new features, events, or economy adjustments based on player data and market trends to drive engagement and monetization.
