Requirements
\u25CF Ability to follow and uphold the policies and mission statement of KIPP San Jose Collegiate.
\u25CF All school coaches should be familiar with the rules and regulations of the sports they are
assigned to coach
\u25CF Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with faculty, staff, administrators,
students, parents, and community members
\u25CF Ability to manage a class in a professional manner
Compensation & Benefits
$19 an hour for a projected 178 hour season
Responsibilities
Coaching
\u25CF Plan, organize, and direct the particular and assigned team.
\u25CF Instruct and demonstrate skill sets and techniques necessary for individual and team
development.
\u25CF Ensure that team rules and regulations regarding conduct and eligibility of the athletes are
clearly communicated and followed.
