Bachelor’s degree in human resources, data analytics, business analytics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets.
Highly skilled in storytelling and proven experience in designing dashboards and analytics for executives and operational leaders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $140,000.00 - $170,000.00
