The Curriculum Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving technical training programs to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness across luxury OEM training academies.

This role partners closely with Technical Trainers, Academy Leads, and Subject Matter Experts to transform complex technical concepts into engaging, structured learning experiences.

Lead the alignment and adaptation of course materials to ensure consistency in learning objectives, content flow, and timing

Standardize T3 (Train-the-Trainer) content and processes

Manage the T3 model in which trainers participate as learners to refine tasks and delivery and make adjustments to the material based on the feedback
