Requirements
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Proven experience with IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) and setting up federated identity (SAML, SSO).
Experience administering and integrating third-party business systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, HRIS, CRM).
Familiarity with security best practices and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure Management:
Design, deploy, and maintain local area networks (LANs), ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
Configure and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Deep understanding of core network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) is essential.
Identity and Access Management (IAM):
Architect and administer IAM solutions to ensure secure and seamless user access.
