Requirements
At least 7 years of professional experience as a UI programmer/engineer within the games industry.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Understanding player needs in terms of successful user interface of modern video games.
Ability to build user interface in a way that is accessible to everyone.
Strong proficiency in C++ programming and knowledge of Unreal Engine.
Proficiency in algorithms and code architecture.

to join our Boston Hub to work on Project Sirius, a multiplayer game set in the Witcher universe. In this role, you will lead the Sirius Team responsible for implementing and maintaining user interface features for the game.
Daily Responsibilities:
Manage your direct reports and support their professional development and career path. Including setting up 1:1s, performance management, hiring and promotions.
