You are a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and building relationships with external partners, students, and candidates. You take pride in staying organized, anticipating needs, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
2+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a fast-paced or professional environment
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end event logistics including planning, vendors, materials, and onsite execution
Manage event supplies, swag, shipping, and logistics to ensure seamless execution

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually + 10% bonus. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
