Requirements

Required:

Graduating by April 2026 or graduated within the past two years from a program in in business, finance, accounting, economics, analytics, or a related field

Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, including formulas, pivots, lookups, or building structured reports for coursework, co-op, part-time work, or student projects.

Demonstrated interest in analytics and data through academic projects, case competitions, internships, or other examples of working with numbers to support decisions.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain detailed documentation, and keep reporting accurate in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with experience presenting findings, summarizing data, or explaining recommendations to teammates or stakeholders.

This posting is for a newly created role at Klick. The base salary for this position will be CAD 55,000 per year, determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.

Responsibilities

The Business Manager intern supports project management and client success teams by helping maintain accurate financial reporting and organized business operations across client programs. This role contributes to invoicing, reporting, budgeting support, and data analysis that inform planning and decision-making. Working closely with delivery leads, business teams, and finance partners, this intern gains hands-on experience in client financial management while helping keep work accurate, timely, and well coordinated.

Internship Term

: May - August, 2026

What You’ll Do

Support the maintenance of project trackers, financial templates, and reporting files in Excel or Google Sheets across active client programs.

Assist with monthly invoicing, media reporting, and reconciliation tasks to help keep financial operations accurate and up to date.
