5+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics, validation, or requirements engineering, with strong focus on

testing and verification of OBD systems

testable OBD requirements

, including monitor conditions, fault detection logic, readiness behavior, and diagnostic verification criteria

, diagnostic monitor execution, DTC behavior, readiness states, and emission-related validation expectations

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $110,000.00 - $135,000.00
