Expected Salary Range plus 10% variable earnings

Responsibilities

Renewals & Licensing Management

Create, manage, and track Cisco renewal quotes and opportunities as contracts approach expiry

Manage customer contracts and subscriptions through Cisco portals

Provide clear, informed recommendations on support levels and licensing options

Client Success & Relationship Management

Act as a liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and Cisco
