Senior Financial Analyst

You want to drive automation and leverage AI to streamline the Bonus calculation and T&E exceptions process.

3+ years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance,

Excited to lead and drive data management best practices.

Experience working with AI tools (Co-pilot, others) to drive automation and data visualization tools such as Domo/Tableau is a strong plus.

to join our team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, this role will oversee 3 areas a) Revenue Tracking  b) Bonus Detail Management c) T&E support.

Revenue tracking – The analyst will assist with monthly revenue tracking, particularly through data analytics associated with our businesses and clients and develop/refine existing visualization dashboards.

Bonus – Generate bottoms up detailed modelling for quarterly bonus updates and be actively involved with HR in the Q1 bonus payout exercise.

T&E support – Partner with another Senior Analyst to manage the T&E exceptions/escalation process while working with our offshoring team.

This person will help support business relationships with corporate leaders across the organization and will also partner closely with the Sales Ops, Client Finance teams, HR Teams, and the offshoring teams.
