Review First Article jobs and create first article inspection plans.
Requisition materials and hardware required to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
Utilize APEX MRP system to launch jobs and requisitions materials.
Experience in a machine shop/manufacturing environment would be considered an asset.
Experience using Syspro ERP system or knowledge and experience using MRP functions.

Production Process Planner
Aerospace Component Manufacturing Group
The primary role of this position is to create and maintain process routings based on engineering specifications to instruct the various departments of the business unit.
The Production Process Planner is also responsible for ensuring that all materials required for manufacturing are requisitioned to the purchasing department.
Planners interact on a regular basis with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Methods, Quality and Procurement.
About the Company
Implement changes to process routings when necessary.
Read and interpret customer/industry drawings and specifications.
Control of drawings and specifications on APEX's server and within APEX's ERP system.
