Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of civil, water/wastewater, or utility engineering experience.
Experience with water and wastewater pipeline design and utility relocation/coordination.
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and/or OpenRoads preferred.

Responsibilities
Design and coordinate water and wastewater utility relocations and improvements.
Identify utility conflicts and develop relocation solutions in coordination with roadway, drainage, and other civil disciplines.
Prepare utility plans, profiles, specifications, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with NCDOT, municipalities, utility owners, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Review survey and SUE information and support utility conflict resolution throughout design and construction.
Assist with permitting, easements, right-of-way, and construction-phase coordination.
