Trainer, Undersea Dominance

Experience explaining technical terminology and solutions to a non-technical audience.

Understanding and proven application of ADDIE, adult learning theories, and instructional design for training program development in a technical field.

Direct experience with Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs), Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs), or other complex maritime systems.

Experience maintaining marine systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of complex maritime hardware.

Prior military or government agency exposure / experience preferred.

Familiarity with munitions storage and handling controls.

As a Training Manager, you will plan, resource, and execute world-class technical training instruction, enabled by a deep understanding of our products and each customer’s unique demands.

You will serve as subject matter expert on Anduril’s growing maritime product offerings, including, but not limited to, Autonomous Underwater Vehicles and subsea sensors.

You will also help drive adoption of our products by understanding user workflows and surfacing pain points.

Multi-functional work and proactive communication across internal teams will help you drive the end-to-end customer experience.
