Lead Software Engineering Instructor

Teaching experience (e.g., facilitating meetings, delivering training, mentorship)

A track record of developing and maintaining strong working relationships with and among a diverse group of distributed stakeholders

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to implement and deliver program curriculum

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineering Instructor to lead the teaching of the SEO Tech Developer Summer Residency. This role will interface directly with our Program Manager and Teaching Assistants to ensure students (rising college Juniors) are prepared to launch successful SWE and SWE-adjacent careers. The Software Engineering Instructor will work closely with the program’s Lead Teaching Assistant to guide students through the curriculum through

project-based assignments

with well-defined guidelines and deliverables. The role demands a strong interest in
