You will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other functional teams to strengthen the firm’s risk profile and protect its value by proactively managing risks arising from internal processes, people, systems, and external events in support of our business objectives.

Direct the implementation of Point72’s operational risk framework.

Oversee the capture, investigation, and root‑cause analysis of realized events, ensuring effective documentation, remediation planning, and governance reporting.

Lead the analysis, assessment, and continuous monitoring of operational risks across business units, including investment processes, trading operations, technology, and support functions.

Perform assessments of new business and critical initiatives to ensure risks are appropriately managed.

The annual base salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
