Responsibilities
Our Commercial Point Fulfillment Center is how Babylist gets the right products to growing families at the moments that matter most.
Fulfillment Planning Supervisor,
you sit at the intersection of labor planning, data, and frontline operations — reporting to the General Manager and leading the Wave Planning team.
You own how work flows through the building: connecting volume, labor, and execution so the right work gets released at the right time with the right staffing to hit throughput and service targets across all three shifts.
Day to day, you’re living in the WMS and planning tools, translating inbound volume, backlog, and business inputs into executable wave plans and labor allocations across days, nights, and weekends.
Some days are deeply analytical: building labor models, refining forecasts, standing up reporting that gives operations leaders clear visibility into cost, efficiency, and performance.
