Requirements
Experience in both rough and finish carpentry including framing, drywall, millwork, and cabinetry.
Experience in facilities maintenance for government, defense, or commercial properties.
Familiarity with ADA compliance requirements and accessibility modifications.
Basic knowledge of related trades (plumbing rough-in, electrical rough-in, HVAC support) to coordinate work efficiently.
Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or work order platforms.
Responsibilities
Voyager Technologies is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Carpenter to join our Facilities & Operations team.
In this role, you will perform a broad range of carpentry, repair, and maintenance tasks across our facilities — including government and commercial properties.
You will be responsible for ensuring that structures, fixtures, and interior finishes are maintained to the highest standards of quality, safety, and functionality.
