Wine Club Coordinator

0-2 years related experience in an administrative or customer service role, or similar experience

Able to work a flexible schedule\u202Fincluding occasional weekends and evenings.\u202F\u202F\u00A0

Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word,\u202Fand Outlook.

Able to sit for long periods of time\u202Fand\u202Flift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.\u202F\u00A0

Respond to all inbound consumer phone calls and email with the highest level of customer service.

Work with consumers, as well as Wine Club team, Direct Sales team and Tasting Room staff, to address general business inquires, consumer concerns, wine purchases, address corrections, inventory returns, replacement orders and refunds.

Assist Wine Club team with planning and executing club shipment and will call program

Maintain consumer database including: data entry of new customer information, customer updates, and database clean-up.

Work with Tasting Room staff in selling wine and wine club to guests on property as needed, including at wine club and tasting room events.

Answer consumer questions about wines, events and tasting room experiences.
