Responsibilities
The Applied Instructional Designer translates engineering systems and applications into structured, scalable, and high-impact learning experiences for the MISUMI University Program.
This role combines engineering knowledge with instructional design expertise to create curriculum, labs, and digital learning content that align with academic and industry needs.
You will play a critical role in shaping how students learn modern engineering workflows, from component selection to system integration, using MISUMI tools and products.
Design and develop curriculum, lab modules, and project-based learning experiences based on real engineering systems
Transform demo platforms and training kits into structured educational pathways
Align curriculum with academic standards, accreditation requirements (e.g., ABET), and university program goals
