Requirements
Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a customer service or retail environment.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
Comfortable using technology, including POS software.
Strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences with excellent people skills.
Active ServSafe Certification (a plus).

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build and train a high-performing team of retail associates.
Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide your team with the tools and resources to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Proactively interact with guests, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently, maintaining a \"no wait\" experience.
Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed to ensure seamless service.
Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence.
