5+ years of warehouse leadership or distribution management experience.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material flow.

SAP experience required; WMS implementation experience strongly preferred.

Experience developing SOPs, operational standards, labor planning tools, and performance metrics.

The leader is passionate about developing people, implementing new systems, improving processes, and building a culture focused on accountability, customer service, operational excellence, and safety.

The successful candidate will possess the leadership presence, business acumen, and operational expertise necessary to build a scalable warehouse operation that supports growth, improves customer satisfaction, and delivers measurable business results.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Warehouse Operations is responsible for leading all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, safety, and team performance.

This role oversees daily warehouse activities while driving process standardization, continuous improvement, workforce development, and technology adoption.

This is a unique opportunity to build, standardize, and modernize a warehouse operation while developing the people, processes, and systems necessary to support long-term growth and world-class customer service.

Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, material storage, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment.

Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.

Manage inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout the warehouse.
