Compensation & Benefits

is designed to reward our staff competitively and motivate them to achieve our critical mission. This position offers the anticipated annual salary as listed. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the institution and external equity with competitive markets. Please note this is the annual salary range for candidates that are based in the United States.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project documentation, including standard templates, workflows, and processes aligned with AIR’s best practices and contractual requirements.

Provide administrative and logistical support for project planning, implementation, and reporting.

Forecast and analyze project data, synthesizing insights into reports and visualizations to inform decision-making.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication to ensure alignment and accountability.

Support resource planning and allocation to optimize team performance and meet project goals.

Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
