Senior Speech & Language R&D Engineer

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Strong problem solving skills with hands on software programming/scripting experience.

Experience with machine learning techniques and the ability to implement and adapt existing algorithms

Experience with RAG systems and LLM prompting practices

Close to native language skills for at least one of these languages: Arabic, French.

Proficiency in additional human languages is a plus, as it will enable you to work effectively with our global team and better serve our international customers

Develop and improve NLU systems, including the development of new use cases and features to enhance the in-car AI experience for our customers

Develop LLM based data generation and data refinement methods.

Develop and maintain dictionaries, grammar rules, and annotations to ensure that our NLU systems meet the highest standards of performance

Design and implement efficient methods for defect analysis and resolution for a complex AI-powered voice assistant system
