Requirements
Minimum 5+ years in ecommerce/rate card management, operations, procurement, and logistics within large scale events; experience building SOPs and operational plans preferred.
Proven ability to manage customer/stakeholder relationships, build teams, and navigate high visibility, time-critical operations.
Hands-on experience with ecommerce portals, inventory/order management systems, and payment operations; data driven reporting and continuous improvement mindset.
/Agile/IT service delivery certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
Catalog Development and Pricing
Lead development and ongoing creation of the Rate Card Catalog (intent to rent, goods, and services), gathering detailed requirements across LA28 functional areas.
Establish pricing and secure review/approval from internal and external stakeholders before publication; ensure service levels and ordering workflows are clearly defined.
Align catalog decisions with LA28’s sustainability, accessibility, and legacy goals.
Stakeholder Engagement and Sales Enablement
Serve as a point of contact for Rate Card inquiries across designated Functional Areas, Sponsors, and other stakeholders; ensure transparency and compliance with pricing and terms.
