Requirements
What You Need to Have to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or applicable scientific discipline is required.
2+ years of applicable system engineering or related experience.
Experience working with requirements.
Experience diagramming system elements using block diagrams, sequence diagrams, and behavioural diagrams.
Demonstrated initiative and strong verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineering Analyst to join our System Engineering team, supporting multiple Tactical Communication and Information Systems (TacCIS) for international customers
.
The TacCIS provides armed forces with a highly integrated tactical system comprised of communication systems such as radios and telephony, core networking systems that connect intelligence and surveillance assets, battle management systems that enable streamlined operations, and information management systems that process large amounts and types of data.
Based in either our Calgary facility, the ideal candidate would undertake several different initiatives, including (but not limited to) developing system requirements, modelling the system using MBSE techniques, and contextualizing the operational use cases of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the System Engineering Team to elicit and define operational requirements and desired capabilities in collaboration with various customers.
