Senior Corporate Development and Strategy Analyst

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field with 2+ years of transaction experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, strategic finance, or business development, preferably with life science or healthcare industry exposure, or equivalent experience

Demonstrated expertise in building complex financial models and valuation analyses with substantial experience in transaction comparables and risk adjusted discounted cash flows

Strong interests in biotechnology and pharmaceutical drug development

Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience with market intelligence and financial databases a plus

Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to develop rapport and credibility with multiple stakeholders

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy, the Senior Corporate Development and Strategy Analyst plays a critical role to the strategic evolution of the company. This individual will work across all aspects of the deal process, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic projects as needs arise. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment and brings strong financial acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for biotechnology innovation.
