Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field.

Experience

5–10 years of management experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or operational environments.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma (certification preferred).

Experience working with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

This position requires flexibility and availability due to varying work schedules and operational demands. The role may require extended hours to meet production deadlines, support operational needs, and respond to unexpected situations or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

– Provide leadership and direction to the management team to drive results in production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency while eliminating non-value-added activities and maintaining cost effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement

– Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, analyzing processes, and promoting operational excellence across the site.
