Responsibilities
This QA test engineer role will be primarily focussed on assuring the quality of bespoke software solutions across process automation and infrastructure monitoring projects.
The test engineer will be involved in performing automated and manual tests to ensure that software created by developers is fit for purpose.
They will work with project teams to ensure that acceptance criteria of user stories are defined with a clear definition of done.
The engineer will also be responsible for the overall test strategy and define test plans used for production release sign-off to ensure compliance with the global SDLC process
Key responsibilities are the following: • Working with development teams to gain an understanding of project requirements and system design.
Defining test strategies and test approaches.
