Responsibilities
This role is also responsible for the training and coaching of teams on Continuous Improvement tools such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S and other common tools.
Lean Tools Facilitation: Facilitate team use of Lean Tools, including Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, PDCA/Problem Solving Process, and identifying Waste.
Data Analysis: Conduct various analysis to gauge the benefit and cost associated with individual projects.
Best Practices: Actively seek out best practices to share and implement at the sites – with special care given to cross-functional or cross-departmental practices
