At least one (1) year of nursing experience in a medical, surgical, or clinical setting

Experience in outpatient nursing and scheduling

Knowledge of health system resources and patient navigation practices

The Registered Nurse (Clinic RN) serves as a care coordinator for patients throughout their cancer journey.

This role assesses physical, psychological, and social needs, and ensures seamless care coordination, education, and support.

The RN partners closely with providers to enhance patient experiences and outcomes through proactive communication and clinical excellence.

Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to optimize care planning

Coordinate communication between patients and providers to support continuity of care

Guide patients through the healthcare system, ensuring timely access to education, treatment, and resources
