Review event briefs and help identify the best vendors or venues based on client needs and budget

Confidently guide clients through decisions, offering recommendations and explaining options clearly and professionally

Ensure a seamless experience and bridge gaps between the tech and the customer experience

Coordinate event logistics, timelines, budgeting, and invoicing with support from internal tools and teammates

Communicate with vendors and partners to keep everyone aligned and moving forward
