Responsibilities

You’re the calm in the kitchen chaos. The one who keeps things moving, plates looking sharp, and standards sky-high even when the heat is on. As our Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll team up with the Chef de Partie to bring dishes to life that people actually remember. Not just cooking, but crafting, refining, and getting better every single service.

You’ll own your station, keep it tight, and jump in wherever needed to keep the kitchen flowing. This is where you sharpen your skills, learn from experienced chefs, and start carving your own path in the kitchen.
