Affiliate platform experience

: Impact Radius, Rakuten, CJ (Commission Junction), ShareASale, or similar - you need to know how to set up programs, configure affiliate commissions, communicate with affiliates, and onboard new partners. The specific platform matters less than knowing the workflow.

Eastern Time availability

: Must be able to work EST hours

KPI-driven approach

: Experience managing to specific performance targets (revenue, affiliate counts, activation rates)
