(Senior) IT Project Manager

8–10+ years' experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, Programme Manager, Transformation Manager, Stream Lead or Data Strategy & Advisory Lead, preferably within Financial Services.

Proven experience delivering complex transformation, optimisation, CRM, master data, data management or enterprise technology programmes within banking, financial services, insurance or large enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, solution architecture, data governance, master data management, analytics, process optimisation and technology transformation.

Comfortable adopting approved AI tools responsibly to improve productivity while applying sound judgement, governance and appropriate review.

Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, CRM, CLM, Data Literacy, Advanced Analytics, cloud-based data platforms or AI adoption initiatives.

Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes within Swiss retail banking.
