Compensation & Benefits
You bring 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing BDR and SDR teams.
You have a strong track record of thriving in fast-paced sales environments and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experienced with inbound and outbound sales strategies, with a strong background in lead generation, pipeline management, and overseeing seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
You excel at creating and implementing training and coaching programs that empower your team to grow and succeed.
You know how to foster a collaborative, results-driven culture, inspiring your team to deliver their best work.
You’re great at building relationships across teams and with customers, and you bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to the table.
Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to drive both team and individual success.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of 6 BDRs and SDRs, focused on sourcing and qualifying opportunities for our Account Executives, while also contributing to pipeline growth and overall revenue impact. You will be responsible for setting clear performance goals, providing ongoing coaching and development, and building a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, results-driven, and equally passionate about developing people and driving business growth. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a collaborative leadership style to help shape strategies, build scalable processes, and deliver measurable success.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs and SDRs, establishing a culture of performance and collaboration.
Lead the team in driving pipeline generation and deal progression by guiding strategy, coaching execution, and reinforcing best practices.
