Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at DEPT®, you will play a critical role in driving growth for our Partnerships organization across the Americas. This entry-level, high-impact position focuses on pipeline development, account research, outbound outreach, and supporting partner-led and DEPT-led events to open new opportunities with priority enterprise and mid-market accounts.
You will collaborate closely with our Partnerships Directors, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to identify target accounts, conduct account mapping, and execute personalized outreach sequences. You’ll also support partner motions such as Adobe, Shopify, Optimizely, and Google by helping drive audience acquisition for events, identifying overlap opportunities in Crossbeam, and surfacing warm introductions. This is a fast-paced, externally facing role designed for someone who is energized by storytelling, relationship building, and creating the early sparks that turn into transformative client partnerships.
Account & Pipeline Development
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects across our priority verticals and partner ecosystems.
Conduct detailed account research and support account mapping sessions with DEPT® teams and AEs.
