Requirements
Strong experience in advertising sales, media, and/or marketing/brand building, with an established network in the German market—preferably within CPG (Beauty, Health, and Household Care).
Strong people leadership capabilities; proven people manager experience required.
Deep understanding of how media works, including core KPIs, terminology, and the drivers behind media investment decisions.
Demonstrated commercial acumen and an analytical, data-informed mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively across stakeholders and levels.
Maintains objectivity and composure under pressure; takes a forward-thinking approach when faced with adversity. Learns from setbacks, and manages crises and volatile situations effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team of junior and senior Client Partners and Client Account Managers within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a focus on Beauty, Health, and Household Care, reporting to the CPG Industry Director.
Build strong external relationships with senior decision-makers across partner organizations (brands and agencies), establishing trusted partnerships and driving industry thought leadership.
Grow Pinterest revenue sustainably across CPG by building the strategy and action plan for your scope of business, balancing short- and long-term priorities, and driving operational excellence across key metrics.
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to senior leadership as they relate to your team’s client partnerships.
Hire, develop, and lead a diverse, high-performing team, fostering a strong and inclusive culture to support both emerging and established clients.
Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, goal setting, performance analysis, and forward-looking forecasting.
