Requirements

2+ years of IT experience with a focus on end-user support, endpoint administration, or related infrastructure support.

Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, or similar platforms.

Experience supporting or troubleshooting collaboration or conference room technologies.

Experience working in hybrid Mac and Windows environments.

Familiarity with basic scripting or automation such as PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.

Exposure to identity, access, and endpoint security controls such as MFA, device compliance, and conditional access.

Responsibilities

Hachette Book Group is hiring an EUC Technician to support the deployment, administration, and day-to-day management of enterprise endpoint platforms, Office 365 services, and collaboration technologies.

This role partners closely with Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and Security to deliver a consistent, secure, and reliable end-user experience across offices and remote environments.

The EUC Technician will work with other technical teams to resolve endpoint issues, support service improvements, follow established standards, and contribute to shared operational goals.

This position reports to the Infrastructure Manager and works closely with Security, Compliance, and Support leaders to support a stable, secure, and effective user environment.
