Responsibilities
Farther is building the future of wealth management — and the Advisor Lead Generation Specialist is a critical driver of that growth. You'll own the top of our advisor pipeline: identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients before connecting them with our wealth advisors. This isn't a passive scheduling role. You'll be working outbound campaigns, managing a live pipeline, and hitting targets in a fast-moving environment where your output directly fuels advisor revenue.
Run high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS to engage prospects across multi-day campaigns
Qualify inbound leads to assess fit before routing to wealth advisors
Manage and own your pipeline — proactively following up to keep prospects moving through the funnel
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets and pipeline KPIs
