The Chesapeake Baysox are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to serve as Team Store Gameday Staff for the 2026 season.

This position is responsible for assisting with the daily retail operations of the Baysox Team Store during home games and special events.

Gameday Staff plays a vital role in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for fans while maintaining store standards and operational efficiency.

Provide exceptional customer service to fans and guests

Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions

Restock merchandise and maintain organized, visually appealing displays
