Requirements
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.

Responsibilities
Own the CLEAR Travel product portfolio across mobile app and web, defining the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for enrollment, winback, and home-to-gate digital experiences.
Identify the product capabilities that will materially increase mobile app downloads, engagement, and habitual usage during travel journeys in partnership with Growth and Operations teams.
Drive growth-focused improvements to the web experience, particularly top- and mid-funnel enrollment and winback flows, in close partnership with Marketing.
Develop and articulate product strategy at the SLT level, clearly framing tradeoffs, sequencing bets, and aligning stakeholders around priorities that unlock growth and member value.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver scalable, high-quality consumer experiences across iOS, Android, and web, balancing speed, reliability, and long-term platform health.
Identify and incubate new monetization and engagement opportunities within the Travel ecosystem, including partnerships and integrations that increase CLEAR’s value to the member.
