As the right-hand man (or woman) to our service manager, you enjoy additional responsibilities that include preparing associate schedules, monitoring inventory, and prioritizing service requests.
Our assistant service manager is a vital position to help our properties maintain excellent curb appeal and provide our residents with a glorious place to call home.
Assist service manager with providing technical skills and training to service team
Work with service manager to adhere to budget guidelines and obtain competitive bids on major expenses
Purchase supplies as necessary using standard purchase order system and proper bidding procedures under supervision of service manager
