Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 5 years of project management experience on federal projects—experience may include heavy civil, infrastructure, energy, utility, or similar project types.

Required experience working with federal owners such as USACE and/or NAVFAC.

Familiarity with federal contracting requirements, FAR/DFARS, and agency-specific processes.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
