Responsibilities
The Case Manager performs a variety of administrative duties associated with the Autism treatment process and serves as the coordinative link between operational personnel, Behavior Technicians (BTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), clients and their families, and other caregivers or stakeholders.
This role ensures services are delivered in accordance with regulatory and corporate policies while supporting children and adolescents receiving Autism services.
Assign and schedule Behavior Technician (BT) staff to maximize service delivery based on client needs
Monitor productivity and utilization of assigned units and adjust staffing as needed to ensure coverage
Maintain a roster of substitute BT staff and assign them as needed
Monitor BT staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and care standards
