Norton Rose Fulbright is hiring an IP Disputes Paralegal to join the Intellectual Property team.

The position is responsible for support lawyers engaged in IP disputes and litigation, and experience with arbitration and trial preparation/attendance is required.

Understand litigation motion practice, discovery, trial, and appellate procedures and ability to administratively manage all phases of an IP litigation case
