We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Specialist to join our team.

The Dispatch Specialist will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the deployment of our field service personnel and resources to effectively respond to client needs.

Efficiently dispatch technicians to client locations based on the nature of the request and the availability of resources.

Research any work order that requires additional follow-up and or find alternative means to complete service requests through independent problem-solving.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatch activities, including details of requests, resource assignments, follow-up to rejected assignments, and/or investigation of failed timelines.

Coordinate to ensure proper communication and seamless execution of dispatch assignments.
